More than 30 varieties typical of the Normandy bocage are used to make our 10 Year Calvados. The apples are harvested from October to November, then washed and sorted by hand before being pressed. After pressing and alcoholic fermentation, the ciders are distilled in February and March, using a column copper still. This method preserves the cider's fresh, clean fruit flavours.
